After four months of lively Latin dance classes, older adults were more physically fit and walked faster than those in a health education program, according to a University of Illinois at Chicago study.  By study's end, the dancers had shaved 38 seconds off their time in a 400-meter walk test.  Those who simply learned about healthy practices cut their time by 10 seconds.
